Cinnamon Toothpaste Tablets
A solid tablet you chew into paste, with warm cinnamon flavor and nano-hydroxyapatite, a mineral compound that mirrors what your tooth enamel is actually made of.
What It Is
Toothpaste tablets are a dry, travel-friendly alternative to tube toothpaste. You bite one, chew it into a paste, wet your brush, and go. No squeezing, no plastic tube to toss when it runs out.
This version is fluoride-free and uses nano-hydroxyapatite at a 5% concentration in place of it. Nano-hydroxyapatite is a synthetic form of the calcium phosphate mineral that makes up the bulk of tooth enamel, and it has been used in Japanese dental care for decades. The cinnamon flavor comes from natural cinnamon, backed up by a little menthol for freshness. Xylitol, baking soda, bentonite clay, and zinc citrate round out the formula.
What To Do
Pop one tablet in your mouth, bite down, and chew a few times until it turns to powder. Wet your toothbrush, then brush as normal for two minutes. The lather is lighter than tube toothpaste but it is there, thanks to the sodium lauryl sulfoacetate.
Store them somewhere dry. Moisture is the only thing that will cause them to clump or soften, so a small jar with a tight lid on the bathroom counter works well. The cinnamon flavor is warm and gently spiced, not sharp or hot, so it is a good pick if straight peppermint is too intense for you.
