What It Is
MerryMints are small hard candies made from organic molasses granules and tapioca, flavored with peppermint, spearmint, and wintergreen oils. Three mint varieties together give them a fuller, rounder coolness than any single mint alone. The molasses base keeps the sweetness mellow rather than sharp.
Because they are made with tapioca and molasses instead of refined cane sugar, they have a slightly earthy undertone that makes the mint flavor feel more like the real leaf and less like a breath strip.
What To Do
Eat them as they are. That is the whole point. They work well after a meal, tucked in a pocket, or set out in a small dish for company.
