NORA Prenatal Tea

NORA Prenatal Tea

Four leaves, one cup. NORA blends nettle, red raspberry, alfalfa, and oat straw into a tea long brewed by people who wanted more from their daily cup than flavor alone.

What It Is

NORA is a blended herbal tea built from four plants with a long history in folk herbalism: nettle leaf, red raspberry leaf, alfalfa leaf, and oat straw. Each has been steeped as a nourishing tea on its own for generations. Together they make something earthy and mild, green without being grassy, with a gentle depth that holds up well to a long steep.

This is not a tea you drink for a flavor experience the way you would a jasmine green or a chai. It is the kind of thing people brew in a big jar in the evening and sip through the next day, quietly and without much fuss.

What To Do

Use about one heaping tablespoon per cup of water that is just off the boil. Let it steep for at least ten minutes, longer if you want something stronger. Strain and drink warm, or refrigerate it and drink cold. A little honey softens the earthy edge if you want it.

Because the flavor is mild, it plays well with a splash of apple juice or a squeeze of lemon. Some people brew a full quart at a time and treat it like a daily habit. Store the dried blend away from heat and light, and it will keep well for a year.
