Peppermint Toothpaste Tablets
A solid tablet you chew before brushing. No tube, no waste, and a clean peppermint flavor that actually lingers.
What It Is
Toothpaste tablets are a compressed, waterless alternative to paste in a tube. You chew one until it goes chalky in your mouth, then brush with a wet toothbrush as normal. That's the whole switch.
Instead of fluoride, these use nano-hydroxyapatite, a form of calcium mineral that makes up most of your tooth enamel naturally. At a 5% concentration it's the same ingredient found in many dentist-recommended fluoride-free formulas in Japan and Europe, where it has been used for decades. Xylitol, baking soda, and zinc citrate round out the active work; peppermint oil, menthol, and aloe handle the feel.
What To Do
Pop one tablet in your mouth, chew until it becomes a paste, then brush for two minutes with a damp toothbrush. Rinse as usual. One tablet is one brushing. Most people use roughly 60 to 90 tablets a month depending on whether they brush twice a day.
Store them somewhere dry. Humidity is the only real enemy here, since there is no water in the formula to begin with. A small glass jar on the bathroom counter works well. They travel easily too: no liquids-bag drama, no crushed tube in a toiletry kit.
