Yoni Steam Blend
A traditional herbal steam blend used in women's wellness rituals across many cultures, made from eleven herbs including rose petals, calendula, and mugwort.
What It Is
Herbal steaming has been practiced for generations in communities across Latin America, Africa, Korea, and beyond as a self-care ritual tied to feminine wellness. This blend brings together eleven herbs, each with its own long history in folk tradition: yarrow and motherwort have been used in women's herbal practices for centuries, while rose petals, calendula, and chamomile lend a gentle floral quality to the steam.
Mugwort is the herb most closely associated with this practice historically and is considered essential in many traditional preparations. Raspberry leaf and nettle are longtime staples of herbal traditions for women, and the culinary herbs, basil, rosemary, and oregano, round out the blend with warm, familiar aromas.
What To Do
This blend is not for cooking. To use, bring a pot of water to a boil, remove it from heat, and stir in a small handful of herbs, about a quarter cup. Let it cool for a few minutes so the steam is warm but not scalding. Follow a trusted guide for the full practice, as posture, timing, and safety matter.
Store in a sealed container away from light and heat. The herbs will hold their character for about a year. If anything smells flat or faded, it is time for a fresh batch.
